Two errors in 5 days. Delivered to the wrong address. Customer service team agreed a resolution on the phone which has not been carried out. Trying to get back in touch with them to agree a time frame for the mistake to be rectified by them has been impossible. Terrible online service, email form facility is also not working. A simple delivery of an item ordered as a gift is now becoming something I'm going to have to seek legal advice about. Disgusting.
