Customer Service is an absolute joke.
Ordered a part on 4th October from a company who dropped it off at one of their pick up points, DPD collected it on the 4th and then booked it back into the pick up point on the 6th since then I have made numerous phone calls and been lied to repeatedly, promised dates for collection , promised callbacks which never came
7 days after they initially took parcel they consign it to history as it makes their figures bad.
8 days later they cannot find parcel
Absolutely shambolic Service
