Absolutely ridiculous!
Absolutely ridiculous!
I received an email on Griday my parcel will be delivered, well it wasn't. No big deal I called the customer service who then rescheduled for next day. Again parcel did not come bit I received an email 'the driver missed you' and a picture of a calling card(a picture of blackout) that was apparently put through my door. Well , I sat the whole time at the window,where my work desk is, and nobody came even close to my door!!! I called the customer service they told me they will call the driver, when discussed with him they told me the parcel was loaded on his van in error and therefore he won't be able to deliver. So the email about 'we missed you' was a lie. When I asked the advisor about it he said this is automatic and they send these lying emails when driver can not make the delivery!!! Outrageous!
The person on the phone never apologised to me for the error and deceptive messages..a ridiculous customer service and practices !
