I was out but instead of :-
-leaving in safe place ( as all other delivery drivers do ) or
-letting me pick up at a depot
- phoning me
two parcels - are now simply in transit back to the (French) manufacture!!
That is no use to me whatsoever - especially as I need the goods before Friday 25th
Very unimpressed by the lack of communication
