5th time in a row that a parcel has not been delivered. Entire days wasted waiting for a driver just to suddenly receive a message saying: "sorry" we missed you.
No attempt to contact whatsoever.
Yesterday, two items bough from Amazon for next day delivery. Approximately same delivery times. Item one, delivered by Amazon: arrived. Item two delivered by dpd: Sorry the driver missed you. Unacceptable, really poor service, poor drivers and a bunch of lairs.
