Unacceptable service and customer support. My parcel was never delivered. I was given an extremely specific slot between 10:18-11:18 and never got anything.The app states my parcel has been delivered and received by SATURN ISSUE. I call dpd three times to understand what the above means and get three different responses:1.you need to raise an investigation issue with the sender, 2.your parcel will be delivered today, just wait 3. your parcel will be delivered tomorrow. Honestly this is ridiculous. You give me all this useless information about my driver and his hobbies and you can’t even CALL HIM to understand where the parcel is? And give your customer three different responses? And your slot is specific to the minute 10:18-11:18? Honestly? That’s just ridiculous. You expect your customer to do your job on your behalf, why don’t you contact your driver first and then ask me to contact the sender, just unacceptable service. Will avoid everyone working with DPD.
