Driver didn't turn up. I watched him pass my street on their tracking app twice. Then the driver disappears off the map and it's now been 10 hours of "Asen is currently making delivery 84 you are 85." Is he delivering it to Scotland? Can't get in touch with anyone as their customer service is shut and chat app doesn't recognise their own order number.
Looking around they have lots of complaints when anything expensive is supposed to be delivered. Dodgy drivers stealing. I would give a minus score if I could.
