DPD claim there was no one in and they couldn’t deliver my parcel. Strangely two other delivery companies managed to successfully deliver two parcels on the same day. I was at home all day and they did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, nor did they leave a card.
Dreadful service. Dreadful customer service.
