I have bought an extremely expensive gift and paid extra to get it today. I've received multiple emails from DPD to expect my delivery between 13:59-14:59 as well as it was stated on the app too. At 11:50 I've received an e-mail that they attempted my delivery and I am not home which is clearly isn't true. Their driver never even attended to my address....... I've received no phone call, no neighbours were asked to take delivery (obviously, as it never taken place). My neighbour is repairing his car right outside my house and hasn't seen anyone. Spent over 1.5 hours waiting for customer services on the phone - no reply. Spent over 1 hour on the chat before I got an answer saying they cannot do anything. They cant even contact the driver, they wont be reattempting it and there is, "nothing we can do". Their customer service serves no purpose if they "can't do anything". I asked to share the complaints email or link, they said "they don't have one". Seriously, such a horrible service. Zero attempt to satisfy customers or find solution for problems generated by their own company. again. "Nothing we can do". Incredible.
