Grotesque excuse for a so-called service...Ordered FRESH MEAT on guaranteed NEXT DAY. Got email from dpd promising a 1 hour time slot for next day...got nothing - no email, no delivery. Contacted supplier who checked and reported that delivery would be following day.again nothing. Contacted supplier, who organised another shipment for next day. This time no email, no pre-advice, NO DELIVERY again. Contacted supplier, who is now sending 3rd lot for supposed delivery tomorrow. I simultaneously emailed dpd chief executive...reply cane stating 'not available', but so-called 'team' would deal with my query...BUT IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 5 DAYS. It's as if machines are responding, as no awareness whatsoever of the fact that it's perishables and that it's the 3rd attempt to send the goods out to me. This kind of company should not exist. Supplier sent second lot.
