Utter rubbish, they never deliver on time, they seem to have a shortage of drivers and use the euphemism "Oh no! We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue". The unexpected issue is that they can't be arsed to deliver.
It's always the same email and the same message, this has happened to me twice now but won't happen again, in future before I order anything on-line I'll find out who's supposed to deliver and if it's DPD I won't buy.
