My parcel should have been delivered on 2/12; it is now 16/12 and still hasn't been delivered! Every time it says it is being delayed because of "an unexpected issue in your area" even though I have seen many DPD vans in my area! I finally got an hour time slot on 7/12, however, the driver "couldn't find my address" even though he wasn't even in my area! Just being plain lazy!
Every time I contact customer service they say the same excuse each time that they are backlogged from Black Friday. I have zero hope that it will come before Christmas!
