Bought a phone from Apple, due to arrive 6 days ago. I get a daily message saying it will be out tomorrow, still not here.
Customer service unable to help, can't give any further information. This is for my business, but it doesn't matter to them.
Under resourced at all levels, the CEO is responsible and should take personal accountability for getting it so wrong, ruining business, health and Christmas for many.
