I arranged yesterday for my fridge to be delivered today, I got the message today saying it was coming today as arranged. I waited in all day, I’ve Just been on the phone with them through the app as instructed. they’re delivering it Monday 😤 I’m working. I told him I’d waited in all day for this. He said he’d check, he came back and said I could pick it up from the depot. I said it’s a fridge I can’t pick it up, delivery was agreed for today, it says it’s in the depot, and I’ve waited all day, he said is there somewhere they can leave it? I said it’s a fridge. He said (not for the first time) there’s nothing I can do. I asked for another number for either dpd or head office he said no there’s nothing I can do it’ll be delivered Monday. Their help section on the app just tells you to phone this unhelpful number. Might claim for spoiled food. Angry is an understatement .If you want to receive your parcel Don’t ever choose dpd
