For the 2nd time DPD failed to collect a package, Driver gave the same reason “When our driver arrived we were advised that the items were not ready for collection”
I was sitting in the front room for the time this was recorded; no-one came to the front door. The driver is supposed to leave a card as proof of visit, he did not, He should have taken a photo of the front door - he did not. I sent an email to Director of Customer Experience Ms SCroke, scroke@dpd.co.uk but no reply, ok 1 mistake I can accept, but 2 on consecutive days is a disaster, why should I use DPD again ?
