Yet again, DPD tried to deliver to a village four miles away from me, with a postcode one letter different. To add insult to injury, they then sent me an email claiming that their driver had 'run out of time' to make the delivery. This is a flat lie: the householder in the other village had pointed out to him that he was in the wrong village (again). He could have driven on to the correct village - ten minutes further.
They have been doing this for some time now. I have tried repeatedly to get them to use the correct postcode but they are totally incapable of responding and correcting. I now specify with on line orders that I will not place the order if the seller uses DPD
