Time slot of 12.04-1.04 Finally turned up at 17.25 😒. What's the point of even giving a time. The app told me from about 1.30 that tom the driver was on drop 18 and I was 19.
Might as well use royal mail at half the price, far more dependable . They might only give a 3 hour slot, but at least they keep to it 😉
