DpD “Deliveries Postponed Daily”
I have never actually received a direct delivery from DpD to my address. I have either had to cancel the order due to repeated day on day delay on delivery or I have had to re-direct delivery to a local supplier (the most recent being a piece of Glass for a wood burning stove to the shop that organised delivery from the glass manufacturer).
No ability to make human contact with DpD to make enquiries which in turn leaves the same ‘stain’ of poor service left with the supplier for choosing this carrier…
Never again.
