Got given a 1420 to 1520 pm delivery slot, at 0947 they sent a message to say the slot was now 1006 to 1106 and at 1023 another messagwe to say they'd missed me and wouldn't be back thet day but would deliver the next day - no time given.
Got no apparent way of making an official complaint. Got onto the company I bought my goods from and they made the usual noises but as useless.
