Didn't even try to deliver to the correct address. Photograph that was included in the email telling me they'd missed me is blurry and unrecognisable as anything, let alone a picture of my address. There is an automated parcel locker at this address, and a reception desk always manned during working hours -- there is no way that they were unable to deliver if they were at the right address. Spoke to someone from customer service and they admitted the driver had tried to deliver to the wrong address, despite checking the address that they had for me and it being the correct one. Will have to wait for three days now for the parcel. Have asked for it to be sent to a pickup point rather than risking an incompetent driver not reading an address properly again. Useless.
