Ordered some posters online for our office - needed urgent so paid extra for express 24 delivery. It is now Tuesday, last scan of parcel was Saturday at the depot, DPD do not know where parcel is. Depot is Holytown DPD, cannot even contact depot, willing to collect items from depot but cannot speak to them/not allowed to. Cannot blame weather as other courier (Amazon, RoyalMail, DHL) were able to collect and deliver packages.
Very bad service, all can do is apologise. Please all the businesses out there, do not use DPD to send your products to customers. Bad courier will not be good for your business.
