I paid for next day delivery, that was a wk ago almost, im disabled and they contstantlybcall me and ask me to go out my block and carry my 36 dog tins in and a 45kg bag of biscuits myself and they moan at me when i say im disabled, the driver sent a picture of my block saying i was out when i can barely walk lol. An utterly useless company that i avoid at all costs!
Their drivers are lazy they are liars and they damage my goods, i have no trouble with other company's its just this one! Take my advice and avoid them or you will only be dissapointed
