Left a message on the app to leave my parcels in a safe place, by my front door, inside the block.
Ignored it, took a photo of the security door
No effort to ring the trades bell, which alerts all 9 flats, didn't try a neighbour.
Item now returned to the supplier
DREADFUL. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.
