Appalling service. somehow they got the postcode wrong. 4 different customer service people unable to change it. Each time they try it seems to go to another adress- but not mine 2 delivery depots' unable to change it. paying extra for next day delivery has change to 6 days and still waiting. To make a complaint apparently the delay to speak to a manager is 2 hours.
There were 3 items ordered at the same time from same company, 2 got here but the 3rd parcel "could not find the postcode. Beggars belief.
