They are really dreadful.
I've tried repeatedly to tell them where I live but they deliver to random addresses nearby.
I have to go on a hunt to find my parcel.
I'm sure they pay their drivers nothing (a supposition), so I don't blame the drivers, but the company need to improve.
The whole point of a courier is to deliver to the address stated.
They do not.
