Worst service ever they are liars. Skipped my work and waited all day for the delivery. The driver did not came at all, didn't ring the bell and updated the status on App that customer was not available to sign and missed the delivery. Seriously?
Their apps chatbox doesn't work, the call on helpline is automated and doesn't connect to any representative. Worst service ever. A customer can't contact anyone about Driver's negligence and have to waste another just yo wait for them and then pass by without ringing the bell.
