Terrible. Delivered to wrong address.
Asked what address they delivered it to they wouldn’t tell.
Me. They tried to blame the sender.
I eventually found the parcel by working out for myself.
I went and picked it up..
When a company gets to big all they go by is protocol.
Lost the customer service personal touch.
