Never received an Amazon next day delivery. Kept checking for updates which included “Delivery Attempted. Delivery on Halt. Problem. Returning to Seller. Delivery on its way” . I tried the DPD help line 0121 275 0500 but just got a recording which gave conflicting information against Amazon the Amazon updates. It’s also almost impossible to speak to a human on the other end of the phone. I tried several times but gave up. After a lot of unwanted frustration I was forced to cancel the order
