Poor experience!
Ordered an iPhone from Apple to be delivered to a pick up point for Oct 3.
Received a text from DPD stating that it was ready for collection, also received an email with the QR code for pick up.
Went down to the pick up point and they said DPD hasn’t been in at all.
So why send out a “Ready to collect” text and email me my QR code?!
Wasted my time going to the pick up point.
I guess someone else is now enjoying the iPhone.
Next time I’ll just order from Amazon to avoid having to use DPD for less stress!!
