so bad, how was i meant to know they arrived with no notification, and no they wont send it till the next day WHEN I PAID FOR THE DELIVERY TO BE QUICK. customer service chat is horrible as it lags when you try to type something, probably a tactic to get disconnected. "sorry we missed you" shut up! you didnt even try to contact the customer who BTW is home all day!!! i live on top of a pub so i need to be notified WHAT IS THE POINT OF GIVING THE NUMBER IF THEY DONT USE IT.
