I booked a collection with DPD, they did not collect the parcel but I had to pay £13, I decided to cancel cancel the service because they did not collect the parcel now they put my £13, in a pre-holding account and you can’t get to speak to anybody! You get the same message over and over again and then actually I was talking to somebody and they hung up on me and when you go to the chat they put you on hold saying somebody will be with you and nobody turns up now I want my money back and the fact that I cannot collect my money. I am going to go to trade-in standards because I know £13 is not a lot but is my money then shouldn’t be able to do that I would give them zero stars, but because I have to there’s one star they are the most disgusting people that I know
