Message from DPD that my urgent delivery would arrive between 2:30 and 3:30 pm on Fri Sept 29th. At 5:30 pm I received at text…new delivery slot 8:15 to 9:15 pm Again no show with message “Sorry we missed you” No attempt was made to deliver item. Tracking showed it was within 4 mls of property. Overnight delivery finally arrived on Monday !

A week later I received an email stating they would investigate! Since then NOTHING,
A driver for the firm told me that if staff are running late they will miss out sections of their route to make up lost time 😱
I do not think they deserve ONE STAR🙄😡
