3 of us in the house all day. Expecting a large package containing wine. Got a message from DPD saying we weren't in - with a picture of a house up the road.
Spent ages getting shunted between phone numbers as the website gives no option to complain. Now have a message I have to go pick up this large heavy package from a post office in a busy town centre. Very unhappy.
