No attempt made to deliver the parcel
Followed tracking to within 2 miles of my address only to have an email " sorry we missed you" At no time did they attempt to deliver the parcel but left it at a drop off point. This was an 18 mile round journey to collect at 7pm. No reason given or attempt of delivery after paying for next day. I will not place an order with any firm using DPD in future.
