We are a DPD account holder, customer support is non-existent. They have lost a large number of our consignments by shipping them to an address in Fife rather than London, contacted our "account manager", also customer support team, completed the full escalations process, also notified the CEO, and NO ONE has even bothered to have the decency of responding. Quite possibly the worst service I've ever received as a paying customer, we will definitely be looking for an alternative courier and would not recommend any other business that needs to ship parcels that they use DPD, so so poor.
