DPD utterly useless company
Urgent medical supplies were supposed to be delivered today, but all the driver (James according to tracking) couldn't be bothered to get out of his van, so just took a picture of the side of the road beside my house. The whole family were in today, no call, no card was left.
The AI chat bot is a waste of time, as if the van has stopped near the property that apparently is good enough not to deliver.
You can't talk to a human to complain
