Completely awful service. All I asked was they picked up a parcel from a hotel and take it to another address. That's what they are meant to be good at.
The parcel is still sitting in the hotel loading bay as requested with labels on. They failed to collect TWICE. Then claimed there was nothing to collect. They have no customer service, they subcontract their collections, and have no idea what is going on. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE if you ever want to see your parcel or your money again.
