Utterly useless courier company!
How they’re still in business must be the 8th wonder of the world.
They’re yet to deliver my parcel (on the 6th day), even though I paid for a next day delivery service. To make matters worse, I was the one who contacted DPD first, as I didn’t receive confirmation that my parcel was delivered or the whereabout on the 2nd day.
When I finally managed to get hold of someone over the phone, I was advised they’re unable to find my parcel, and the only way I could reach the team that can help me was through their chat platform. (You can’t speak to a human, even after your urgent/important parcel has been declared my lost).
They advised they would raise a case and solve within 24-48 hours, then they changed their minds to resolving within 7 days! This morning I received an email stating they would hope to resolve my case within 14days.
I am shocked at the inconsistencies I have encountered with what is meant to be a logistics company! It is evident they have not put clear processes behind their day to day handlings and or integrated root cause analysis tools to reduce errors!
I have never encountered such poor customer service and they have left a very bitter taste in my mouth!
