I think if parcels cannot be left in a safe place, they will just make it appear that the customer wasn't home then will let you pick up your parcel from a pickup point. They have developed this bad habit. Rang customer support but they can't ask driver to come back. Then you can't chat properly as it is automated, unable to converse with you.
