Well they didn’t it was left in the stairwell for the upstairs Flats.
I’m on the ground floor what prompts them to do this. Shocking Service
I don’t under stand why they do this I had to ring the door Bell of a flat upstairs for one of the residents to bring it to my flat I’m Disabled!
