Paid these vultures £4.99 for their re delivery upgrade service for next day, which they failed to fulfil. Now I'm having to go through PayPal resolution for a refund because there is no way you can contact these robbing bar stuwerds. The up is useless. I know the value is nominal but it's the principle. Because of DPD poor service the poor retailer has lost out on a £300 order as I decided to cancel my order as I'm limited to picking a delivery day which suits me due to work commitments.
