This was an Amazon Prime order. Our delivery never arrived, despite us being at home (both days of DPD attempting to deliver) and a large notice was attached to our gate to identify delivery address. We tried to organise a re-delivery date and the option was not available on the website. When we made telephone contact we were mid conversation with a DPD staff member who told us there were no options for re-delivery and the call was cut off. This is an appalling service. We were left with no product, no option to get it, and £80 short on my bank account. Would have put NO stars if we could.
Get Real. DPD sucks.
