Absolutely disgusting customer service. I received a text to say they would be back Monday with my parcel as I was out. Did not return Monday and after enquiring discovered they had left it at the post office. When I rang customer service the woman was extremely rude and unhelpful. Clearly could not be bothered.Ordered from Amazon.
Maybe they need to use a different courier company.
