I set day and time to receive my parcel, I even asked my husband to take a day off so you could be at home. Result: I did get the parcel because the driver instead of to ring the door bell, knocked the door, he missed me and i had to set a new delivery day.
I am honestly fuming.
Moreover, the dpd does have a complaint form to fill. The only thing you can do it's phone the customer service so they will pass down the complaint to the driver.
