Samsung.co.uk really need to get a better delivery company than this scrap called DPD UK.
The driver called me that he is around today 26/1/24 around 12.30pm. Apparently the network was bad and the call dropped. I tried calling back but the number was not going. I sent a message immediately to the driver that I've been trying to call him back to ask where he is.
To my greatest surprise, I got a message 5 mins later that my parcel had been taken back as I am not around and I literally waited all day to receive it.
I got a message that the parcel will be returned on Monday when I literally need to deliver it today. I had to pay extra £4.99 to get the parcel delivered tomorrow 27.1.24 as to meet the deadline e
I called their customer care line and to my greatest surprise, she was telling me authoritatively that I am not around to get the parcel when she was not there.

If not for Samsung UK using them, I will never in my existence patronise them.
