I have chased a parcel for 4 days - they keep going to tbe wrong adress. The chat advisors and call centre staff are all incompetent.
I have called, emailed and waited at the different address they keep ' attemping'
I will carry on calling and calling until requesting manager call backs and waste everyone's time like dpd have mine..
