Terrible service. Received a picture of my parcel on someone’s door saying that it had been delivered to me. Contacted DPD and they asked me to knock on my neighbours door and ask if they had my item??? Which one when the driver didn’t left a note on my postbox stating if he actually left the parcel with someone else. Asked DPD to ring the driver and ask him where is my parcel and customer service said they can’t… they just send the info for depo and that I can complain to my seller. Completely joke.
