Am in a wheelchair and need extra time to get to the door. It took me 2 minutes to get in my chair and to the door. Driver had gone. Left my parcel where I cannot get it. And spelt my name wrong when they said it had been signed for. Contacted them to complain, no complaints department and nothing actually done about it.
