Absolutely USELESS, i live in spain, and i had my phone stolen, so i was desperate to get my replacement, i arranged for it to be delivered to a friends address, in the uk, i flew in especially in the morning, paid the VIP time delivery for 12-6pm
... sat around all damn day, checking the dpd website to track it, every 30mins
its now 5.35pm i called customer service and they told me i would get a phone call within the next 60 mins...
i have a flight back home, at 7.40
such a let down
its now 6pm, and nothing
