DPD - We’ll deliver your package?
Customer - When?
DPD - dunno
Customer - have you delivered it?
DPD - No didn’t fancy it
Customer - what next?
DPD - come to the depot in a couple of weeks. Could be there could not be there but we’ll be rude and blame you.
Customer - any more info?
DPD - you need 15 pieces of ID and a witness
DPD - how did you rate our service.
